Green Machine Tool, Inc. designs and builds large structural foam, compression, RIM, vacuum and injection molds.  Our shop has seven large mills, four of which are 3-D CNC.  With our Pro/Engineer CAD and CAM systems, we can take your electronic data and create the part, design the mold, and produce the cutting paths for machining the mold.

In addition to building molds, our abilities include machining big fabrications, castings, plates and die shoes.  We can finish machine your die shoes and sub-plates to close tolerances ready for you to bolt on the details.  We also finish machine mold bases.

We are a small shop with big equipment.  We do big work, but because of our size, we are able to give personal attention to your needs.  At Green Machine Tool, you'll never get lost in the shuffle.  We maintain a second shift to get those hot jobs out the door in a timely fashion.
